Senior Manager, Index Research & Design (Technology & AI Focus) FTSE Russell | LSEG: We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Index Research & Design team, where you will play a key role in crafting the next generation of index research, product development, and technology-enabled capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of quantitative research, product innovation, and technology. You will work closely with research, engineering, and product teams to design index solutions, develop analytical frameworks, and help embed modern technologies—including cloud platforms and AI—into the research and index development lifecycle! What you’ll be doing: - Partner closely with engineering teams to translate index designs and research outputs into scalable, production-ready solutions on cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS) - Drive the integration of new technologies, including AI/LLM capabilities, into research workflows, analytics, and product development processes - Contribute to the development of new index products, from feasibility through to implementation and launch - Develop analytical tools, frameworks, and processes that improve scalability, efficiency, and reproducibility...
