Overview Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Specialist to provide intensive, community-based mental health services to individuals with complex behavioral health needs. This role delivers recovery-oriented support in homes, shelters, and other community settings while working closely with a multidisciplinary ACT team to promote stability, independence, and overall wellness.
