Manufacturing Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports to support design decisions and provide technical information to engineers, production teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (25%). Contribute to product development by writing performance requirements, reviewing customer specifications and proposals, and evaluating feasibility, cost, and maintenance considerations (20%). Support production activities by coordinating manufacturing methods, fabrication processes, and operational requirements to ensure adherence to design and performance specifications (20%). Assist with system and equipment design by specifying components, supporting structural design activities, and providing feedback to design engineers based on customer needs and field observations (20%). Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and equipment investigations by designing test apparatus, diagnosing failures, recommending corrective actions, and overseeing installation, operation, and maintenance activities (15%).
