Senior Analyst, Change Analyst (Fixed Term) – Sydney, Australia ​​ The Senior Analyst – Change Analyst is responsible for supporting change initiatives and deliverables within risk and compliance, in line with legislative requirements, regulatory expectations and industry better practices. ​ ​The role will be as a key subject matter expert in supporting the required uplift to internal policies, programs, procedures and/or processes, to enable Western Union to successfully deliver compliance outcomes that are regulatory aligned, operationally effective, defensible to regulators and/or auditors, and sustainable over time. ​ ​​The role will include providing support with respect to the necessary governance, documentation and stakeholder engagement, and considering relevant integration into upstream and downstream AML/CTF controls and decision-making.​​ An opportunity to join Western Union’s Compliance Team on a full-time basis for a 12-month period.
