Per Diem; varied hours/shifts according to operational needs Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities It is understood that this is a summary of key job functions and does not include every detail of the job that may reasonably be required. - Under general direction of department leadership, utilizes Kronos time and attendance system to maintain appropriate procedures for implementation of advanced master scheduling for the assigned department. - Creates schedules and fills scheduled vacancies - Data entry of all Kronos changes/updates - Staffing sheet review and entry of all changes to insure UET/Reserve/Floating is appropriately coded - Reviews payroll for excessive overtime - Assists with data collection for presentation of department financial indicators and staffing related data. - Creates and maintains spreadsheets as needed - Strong organizational skills. - Demonstrates and documented strong interpersonal skills. - Good telephone etiquette and demonstrates appropriate time management skills. - Ability to do accurate and precise work. - Perform variety of clerical...
