Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Department: LCM - ​London Cost Management Employment Type: Full Time: Location: London - McBains, 26 Finsbury Square, EC2A 1DS Description: Due to continued growth, McBains are looking for a qualified quantity surveyor or cost manager with experience of working on MEP projects to join our team. Ideally, the candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years’ experience, be self-motivated and confident in a client facing role managing multiple projects and clients within the residential, education and healthcare sectors. Pre- and post-contract experience is required, as well as knowledge and experience of working with residential developers, local authorities, universities, and healthcare Trusts. Some UK travel may be required as part of this role.
