Description The Registered Nurse prescribes nursing care, delegates nursing activities, and coordinates the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care to provide optimal quality care, consistent with the health care systems’ mission and nursing philosophy, objectives and standards. Has full access to patient health information. Requirements: SCHEDULE: Sat/Sun 7a-7p, Mon 7a-3p - Current Registered Nurse licensure in N.C. - At least three years related medical office experience, including some supervisory experience preferred. - Certification in basic CPR. - Working knowledge of Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and all office equipment. - Working knowledge of medical terminology, practice computer systems and software, insurance, medical/legal issues relevant to the practice, accounts receivable management, bookkeeping, and coding. - Ability to perform and instruct/train others in essential medical office functions. - Ability to make decisions independently and to resolve problems/conflicts in an effective manner. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Successful completion of a...
