KEY ACCOUNT REP - FOOTLOCKER PURPOSE: Manage and grow the Foot Locker account by delivering strong sell‑in and sell‑through execution across apparel. In this role, you will represent adidas products, build profitable growth, and strengthen partnerships through strategic planning, consistent service, and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: OWN ACCOUNT PERFORMANCE: Guide top and bottom line results through strong business acumen, retail math, and focused account execution. BUILD STRATEGIC SALES PLANS: Develop account specific sales strategies that align brand direction, category priorities, and profitability goals. LEAD SELL IN AND SELL THROUGH: Partner with marketing and retail activation teams to execute programs that elevate in store and digital performance. STRENGTHEN CROSS FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS: Act as a connector between adidas teams and Foot Locker operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution. ENSURE ACCURATE FORECASTING AND OPERATIONS: Deliver reliable forecasts, manage orders and claims, and resolve compliance issues with accuracy and timeliness.
