Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center in Waukesha, WI is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to oversee our 3rd shift ER team. Up to $3000 Sign-On Bonus Structure Available to Experienced CVT Candidates! Compensation: Starting at $30/hr, based on experience and licensure Schedule: Two 9-hour and Two 10-hour shifts per week or Three 12-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. Summary: Under general supervision of the Hospital Director, and direct supervision of a Hospital Service Manager, this individual leads the clinical team with a focus on high-quality, comprehensive, accessible, supportive and personalized care for all clients and patients. Ensures adequate staffing levels support staff across designated departments in order to provide effective medical services and an optimal client experience. Serves as the liaisons between leadership and the staff. Supports and exemplifies the mission, vision and core values of the company.
