Worker Type Regular: Job Description: Summary: As Program Scheduler, you'll develop, advise, manage, and maintain integrated schedules that drive program execution, aligning with industry best practices. You'll collaborate with technical teams, program managers, engineers, other schedulers, and customers to produce high-quality, customer-ready schedules that reflect the complexity of both research and large-scale production efforts. On any given day, the selected candidate may perform the following duties: Define schedule metrics, while building and maintaining resource-loaded schedule plans using Microsoft Project across a variety of space and defense development efforts, from R&D to large-scale manufacturing. Collaborate closely with project management, engineering leads, and other stakeholders to create and maintain accurate, realistic, and logically structured project timelines and schedules, cost information and variances. Monitor schedule performance, provide regular updates while identifying variances or risks to the critical path, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
