Job Title: Capture Manager Summary: The Capture Manager works as a full-time employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. (Zeiders) in the corporate home office located in Woodbridge, VA with the opportunity for remote work. The Capture Manager is a key member of the Business Development team responsible for leading capture efforts for new business opportunities across federal, state, local, and education markets. This role ensures seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners to develop winning strategies, proposals, and solutions that align with the organization’s mission and growth goals. The Capture Manager will work closely with the Business Development Director and cross-functional teams to position the organization for successful bids.
