Overview The Portfolio Operations Manager is a hands-on, service-driven professional responsible for driving operational consistency, leasing performance, and resident experience across Wangard’s multifamily portfolio. This mobile role partners closely with the Director of Residential Property Management and onsite teams to support execution, reinforce standards, and elevate performance across communities. Maintaining a regular onsite presence at portfolio properties and the corporate office, this role provides targeted support where it is needed most—assisting with leasing activity, stabilizing day-to-day operations, and reinforcing company processes and expectations. A key focus of the role is establishing and maintaining consistent, repeatable leasing and operational practices that drive efficiency, accountability, and results across all communities. The Portfolio Operations Manager plays an active role in shaping and supporting the resident lifecycle—from first tour through ongoing residency—ensuring a cohesive and high-quality experience across the portfolio.
