Location: Morden – Apollo House Salary: £25,927.20 - £28,764 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered Contract Type: Permanent: This is a great opportunity to join our team - Employer of the Year Housing Heroes awards 2025 We’re seeking a Cleaner to provide a high quality cleaning service to our estates in Morden. In a nutshell, you’ll ensure that the estates are clean, tidy and safe for our residents. Your duties will include Inspecting and cleaning all communal areas including sweeping and mopping, external litter packing, leaf clearance and cleaning bin areas and rotating bins. You will also need to be responsible for emptying dog waste bins located on the estates, carry out health and safety checks of communal areas as required and be able to deal with residents courteously and respectfully.
