Overview Henkels & McCoy, Inc. (H&M’s) Chantilly office specializes in low voltage cabling to support enterprise, data centers, government, and medical facilities. We design and install multiple technologies and work throughout the DC Metro area. H&M is seeking an energetic, career-minded Project Manager, working with our team out of our Chantilly, VA Office. The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing multiple low voltage infrastructure projects including data center builds. The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience and have industry knowledge that includes reading RFP’s, blueprints, specifications, contractual language, and project scheduling (Microsoft Project) and system documentation. The candidate should be experienced with Microsoft Excel, P&L tracking reports, and have the ability to estimate scheduling of material and man hours. The candidate must be proficient and comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing to field personnel as well as clients.
