Product Stewardship Specialist (Temp)

Job description

Role Ensure compliance with the revised OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) by updating Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and labels for all Calderys Group products manufactured/imported in the United States. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers and cross ‑ functional teams at all levels of the organization to support regulatory compliance and product safety. Duration: 6 months (fixed-term contract): Responsibilities: - Support the communication with internal and external partners to acquire the most up-to-date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) of the current Raw Materials with the collaboration of our SDS provider and ensure the Chemical Management Tool is accurately maintained and up to date. - Support the creation and update of the Database of Raw Materials (chemicals, minerals) and Finished Goods on Authoring Safety Data Sheets Software. - Support the adequate management, storage, and retention of Product Stewardship data and knowledge as well as keeping product compliance files up to date. - Assist the other Product Stewardship Team Members in various compliance projects and initiatives.
