Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Global Benefits Manager to lead the design, strategy, and execution of our global benefits programs. This role will manage benefits across a diverse and distributed workforce spanning the United States, India, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and parts of Europe. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic program design with hands-on operational excellence, requiring close collaboration with executive leadership (CFO, CHRO, CEO), external partners, and cross-functional internal teams.
