Housing Manager - Location: Ashfield - Employment type: Temporary Opportunity 12 month contract and Talent Pool Creation - Grade: Clerk Grade 7/8 - Salary: $113,574 pa - $125,720 pa plus superannuation and annual leave loading - Generous leave entitlements including flex leave Your role: The Housing Manager contributes to the overall development and management of housing operations across access and tenancy management, in areas with a high public housing concentration and social disadvantage. What you’ll do: - Working with Partnerships in relation to Transitional moves clearing pathways to homes NSW client s to enter Transitional housing options - Work with the processes relating matching applicants on wait list to properties available for re-let and understanding of the Key Performance Indicators for Void loss - Monitor service standards and develop and implement flexible and innovative service and management - strategies that link into the local service system to support sustainable and successful tenancies, and/or other housing options such as private or community-based housing. - Manage local tenancy management activities in relation to rent and water account arrears, vacancy m...
