In order to ensure reaching these ambitions, we are looking to have a strong Project & Portfolio governance within department. We are expecting this function to setup governance, policy, procedures and KPI’s for all projects.The manager at level needs to ensure that a full portfolio of all complex projects within the department of is designed and executed in a professional and sustainable way in order to achieve Umicore’s ambitious global goals. In addition to shaping and steering the project governance framework, this role also acts as a Chief of Staff to the Management Team.
