Utz Quality Foods is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a Guard Shack Clerk to join our logistics and distribution team on the Weeknight Shift at our Hanover, PA facility. This full-time position runs Monday thholdrough Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM , supporting around-the-clock operations that keep our products moving efficiently. You’ll split your time between the guard shack and the distribution office , helping to manage gate activity, verify documentation, and maintain smooth coordination between drivers and warehouse staff. You’ll work closely with another clerk in a two-person team, where dependability, communication, and attention to detail are key. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys contributing to a structured yet fast-moving environment.
