Reporting to the Senior Estimator, this role works closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop accurate budgets, proposals, and hard bids while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the bid process. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures that the client receives regular communication leading up to the bid date Provides budget pricing and developmental estimates to stay engaged with the client Attends job meetings, walk-throughs, and client meetings Works with the take-off team to ensure time is allowed and scope is clear Establishes relationships with suppliers and vendors to get timely pricing and qualified bids Reviews bid list and develops timeline to meet project bid date Reviews bid requirements and scope of work; organizes bid...
