Marketing Intern - Content & Communications Department: Human Resources: Employment Type: Internship: Location: Washington, DC: Reporting To: Chief Marketing Officer: Compensation: $20.00 / hour: Description: Invictus Capital Partners and Verus Mortgage Capital are looking for highly motivated, creative, and fast-moving Marketing Interns to help us build and scale our marketing and communications function. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real-world experience creating high-volume, high-impact content across social media, sales enablement, internal communications, recruiting materials, and brand marketing. You won’t be sitting on the sidelines — you’ll be creating content that is actively used by our leadership team, sales organization, and corporate functions. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with leaders across the business. This is an onsite internship role expected to work at least 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
