NOV Process Systems (part of NOV Energy Equipment) is seeking a highly experienced Frontend Development Manager with engineering skills , for Integrated Solutions. This role is a critical part of the assigned Tender and Project Management Team and is the Tender/Project Manager’s right hand. As Upfront Dev. Manager you will be accountable for all commercial and technical areas of the scope in the Upfront Development phase of projects, both in tender, study and start of the execution phases. This role is key in the organization as he/she is leading the project development in the phase where the foundation is set for winning the projects and acts as the bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand the main client needs. You will be responsible for planning, managing timelines, resources, prioritizing to meet client expectations and executing the tender and the start of engineerin g work for dedicated tenders, studies and start of projects, including all commercial and technical areas such as Process, Electrical, Instrument & Control, Telecoms, Mechanical, Piping-Layout, 3D modeling, and Structure.
