Senior Project Manager (Contract)

Job description

**This is a 6-12 month contract role with our client in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. The position follows a hybrid schedule with in office work on Tuesdays. This position also requires once per month travel to Washington, D.C. for approximately two days each trip. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.** The Senior PM/Scrum Master will lead planning, coordination, and delivery for the Data team, driving clarity, organization, and momentum across multiple initiatives. This role ensures the team is focused on the right work, communicates effectively with leadership, and proactively removes obstacles to keep data projects moving. Responsibilities: Organize, prioritize, and sequence work for the Data team Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and serve as Scrum Master for the team Provide clear, consistent communication upward to leadership and across stakeholders Drive accountability, timelines, and delivery across multiple initiatives Partner closely with Data Engineering leadership to align business priorities Identify and remove blockers; create clarity in ambiguous situations Act as the voice and advocate for the Data team, pushing work forward proactivel...
