JOB DESCRIPTION: Role Purpose This role is accountable for accelerating Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and commercial capability development for Abbott Electrophysiology (EP) across EMEA . Working in close partnership with Regional Directors (RDs), General Managers (GMs), Finance, HR, and Global Marketing & Commercial Excellence teams, the position plays a critical role in shaping and executing EMEA’s commercial strategy. As a member of the EMEA EP Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the role actively contributes to strategic decision-making and holds full accountability for market share growth, revenue acceleration, and profitability improvement across the region Key Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the EMEA EP Marketing Organization Provide senior leadership across Marketing to deliver best-in-class, compliant, and growth-driven strategies.
