JOB SUMMARY: The role of the property maintenance assistant is to support the property management team in ensuring that properties are well-maintained and in good working order. JOB DUTIES AND TASKS: In order to provide the highest level of service to the members at Gozzer Ranch, the Residential Services Transportation Driver will perform in the following areas: Responsibilities Assisting with regular inspections and maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and ensuring HVAC systems function properly. Tracking maintenance supplies and tools and assisting in ordering new supplies as needed. Helping with minor repairs around the property, which may include plumbing, electrical, or carpentry work. Assisting in maintaining the exterior of the property, including landscaping, driveway and patio cleanliness and cleaning common areas.
