Description General Position Overview: This position is responsible for following ISO work instructions to produce quality products in a timely manner. The principal focus will be: – Conduct visual quality inspections including 1st piece – Meet specified labor standards. – Able to work as team without disruptions. – Able to interact with all types of people in a professional and respectful manner. – Able to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Essential Job Functions: Demonstrates SoundOff Signal’s Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers. Competent in the function of: - Hand soldering, touch-up, complex repairs and testing of all electronic printed circuit boards. - In-depth understanding of electronic component identification (I.D. by type, polarity and value) - Able to utilize engineering drawings. - Fine pitch surface mount rework. - Defining and resolving problems, collecting data, and establishing facts to draw valid conclusions. - Repairing and replacing defective components to ensure the product meets company conformity standards.
