Job description
$25.99 - $29.42 _____________________________________________________________ Provides intensive, complex and professional level case management services to assigned clients in a criminal justice program; interviews clients; completes state mandated assessments; analyzes data from assessments and uses them to develop a performance based case plan; monitors client’s progress; and prepares reports and documentation for case file, reports to referrals agencies and the courts. May also be assigned a specialized caseload, including sexually violent offenders, domestic violence offenders, or those in a residential drug treatment program. Each of these specialized areas require that state mandated standards of supervision be followed. Conducts client orientation and provides program overview; administers assessment tools and evaluates results; reviews case documentation; develops supervision plans and summaries. Identifies client victims or potential victims and develops written directives and orders that protects the community. Performs supervisory functions in absence of Criminal Justice Program Manager.
