Job Summary: The Residential Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) is responsible for soliciting and originating Residential mortgage loans from sources inside and outside the Bank while ensuring high-quality customer service and loan quality. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of loan origination, business development, and relationship management. With locations throughout Florida, and national SBA and USDA business lending divisions, you will have the opportunity to support and develop relationships with large and small business owners and their employees and Cogent associates.
