Manager of Case Management

Job description

Accord is seeking a mission-driven Manager of Case Management (MCM) to lead a team of 13-15 person-centered Case Managers. The MCM will implement leadership strategies, enhance employee retention, and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role (minimum two days in office per week) located in Midway St. Paul, MN. The MCM will also be expected to travel within the community to meet with staff. Staff will work and train on-site for the first 90 days. Accord is a nonprofit dedicated to making it possible for people living with disabilities to achieve their personal and career goals.
