Description Senior Center Service Coordinator: SCOPE, Windbrook: Shift Worker, 12 Hours/Week: $11.00/Hour Schedule: Determined on a case by case basis GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Assists the Center Manager in assigned county(s) with the daily operation of the Senior Service Center. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides information over the telephone regarding referrals, registration for activities, etc. 2. Assists with classes/programs, as well as arranges for class instructors and Bingo callers. 3. Accounts for money earned and makes deposits to appropriate accounts as needed. 4. Assists with fund-raising activities for center. 5. Complies with agency policies and procedures, COA regulations, federal and state requirements, and educational/ certification/ registry requirements. 6. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Ability to work effectively with seniors and youth. This includes being skilled in computers to assist online with information and referral needs. 2. Ability to work as a team member, model open communication, fair and equitable treatment, and manage conflicts. 3. Experience in effectively utilizing community resources. 4.
