We are currently hiring a FT EHS&S Specialist at our Cincinnati, OH Brewery At The Boston Beer Company, safety is a core value. The Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHS&S) Specialist supports and advances programs that protect our coworkers, visitors, and communities while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This role partners closely with brewery leadership, supervisors, and coworkers to foster a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. The EHS&S Specialist will work collaboratively across the Cincinnati Brewery, engaging with internal teams and external partners—including regulatory agencies, consultants, and insurers—to support operational excellence and responsible corporate citizenship.
