Prepares food and beverage orders and delivers them in a timely manner in accordance with the banquet function specifications. Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled. Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest and work areas‎, including tables, chairs, counters, display shelves and storage as assigned.
