Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Application Engineer at Personal Safety Division for Netherlands and Belgium , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - Providing customer-facing technical advice, serving as the go-to application engineer for consultancy on product performance, regulatory requirements, and relevant standards in Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). - Implementing tailored evaluations, demos, and trials at customer sites to validate PPE application fit, optimize outcomes, and accelerate adoption. - Determining customer use conditions, compliance needs, and hazard considerations to recommend the optimal solution from our portfolio, including configurations, accessories and care and maintenance. - Supporting the sales cycle (pre- and post ‑ sale) with technical proposals, compliance mappings (PPE Regulation), and risk ‑ mitigation recommendations that enable confident product selection. - Collaborating with account managers, marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs to align on customer requirem...
