Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist installation and other teams with customer activation of fiber-optic telecommunication in subscriber homes (e.g., pulling low-voltage wire); including single family, condo and apartments in various locations. - Install and service full video services, including analog, digital, and HD TV. - Install, service, and disconnect telephone and internet customers; punch down telephone lines. - Maintain a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety policies, which includes practicing safe driving techniques. - Install all types of CAT5/CAT6 drop wire and install connectors on CAT5/CAT6 drop wire. - Trouble shoot video, telephone and internet problems from any telecommunications demark to customer premise equipment. - Troubleshoot IP issues from any telecommunications demark to customer premise equipment. - Successfully install all ancillary equipment provided to subscribers. - Test and tone all wires from equipment room to outlet. - Install RF In-Building cellular systems at various sites, perform equipment and system repair, maintenance and testing. - Identify and acquire parts for replacement and maintenance and Wire, connect, test a...
