Job description

Job Summary: A Case Designer is responsible for providing insurance product and illustration support to a wide range of individuals: Internal Sales Consultants and New Business Team, Independent Financial Producers, and Institutional Financial Advisors. Though Annuity, Disability Income and Long-Term Care capabilities are a plus, this position includes a specific emphasis on Life Insurance products. This position is expected to be able to work independently and escalate issues appropriately. Responsibilities: - Generate and revise life insurance illustrations based on advisor or team member requests, incorporating changes in underwriting, premiums, and case design as needed. - Log all illustration proposals in the CRM system according to established guidelines for accurate and detailed reporting; store documents following filing protocols. - Analyze client needs to recommend appropriate life insurance products and concepts, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and offerings. - Maintain expertise in life insurance products, case design software, and presentation tools; prepare and communicate sales proposals and presentations to producers, clients, and staff. - Order...
