YOUR MISSION (The Job Description) The Assistant Manager - Resort Pool will play an important role in coordinating, managing, and overseeing the Resort Pool, food & beverage, and cabana services to ensure profitability and maximization of guest service according to established objectives. The Assistant Manager - Resort Pool will be responsible for establishing implements and monitors department objectives, standards, guidelines, and other administrative processes to aid in achieving proper management of the department.
