Summary: Hamilton Kent is seeking for a Cutter to join their team. Cutting is the production process of cutting strip rubber to specified lengths. Principle Accountabilities: - Confirm that materials have been approved by the Quality Control department. - Verify the accuracy of the painted logo on the strip rubber or print the correct logo following the Lead Hand's instructions. - Use air to blow through the strip rubber tube to inspect for pinholes. - Adjust the cut length on the automatic or manual cutter. - Proceed with the cutting process. - Ensure that the cut ends are straight and at a perfect 90-degree angle. - Make sure the Quality Control team evaluates the first-off item. - Inspect and log the cut length every half hour. - Transfer the cut...
