Engineering Manager – Low Voltage Power Distribution (Switchboards) Location: Marietta, OH Job Type: Direct Hire Compensation: Starting at $160,000+ annually, based on experience Role Overview: We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of low-voltage switchboard systems supporting data center applications. This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical oversight, ensuring high-quality designs that meet customer, safety, and performance requirements. This position works closely with manufacturing, sales, and customers to drive efficient execution, technical accuracy, and continuous improvement across engineering operations.
