You will independently manage complex payrolls, lead process improvement activities, support system changes, and coach junior colleagues. You act as a subject matter expert, driving operational excellence internally and externally. Which tasks can you expect?: Manage end-to-end payroll processing independently, including complex and escalated cases. Act as the trusted advisor for payroll-related client matters and audits.
