Job description
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for increasing automotive dealer adoption and utilization of the RouteOne internet-based Credit Application System, eContracting, and Menu System. The Business Development Representative will also work in conjunction with our field staff to increase dealer awareness and adoption of RouteOne and all of its offerings. Job Responsibilities: Contact dealerships to promote the utilization of the RouteOne Credit Application System (CAS), eContracting, and Menu systems (Paper Menu, FLITE, GO, Reporting). Introducing new features, upgrades, and upselling premium services based on the dealer's needs. Conduct remote and in-dealership training. Provide training to current and new dealer users to assist with new user onboarding and gather customer feedback. Collaborate with field sales staff and assist with their sales efforts. Act as backup contact for Business Development Manager's territories (out of office replies, etc.) Install RouteOne services and review usage.
