This role plays a critical part in advancing Hillel’s Strategic Plan by engaging emerging student leaders and strengthening the early-career pipeline for the Jewish world, ensuring that talented, committed students are equipped, inspired, and connected to career pathways that will shape the future of Jewish life. As the Senior Manager, you will work closely with Hillel’s Talent Acquisition team, partner organizations (including Leading Edge and JFNA), and campus professionals to provide personalized career coaching, lead career development workshops, and build relationships with Jewish communal employers to connect highly engaged and talented students with career pathways in the sector.
