Planner Scentbird Manufacturing About the Role: Worked under the Planning Supervisor overseeing Scentbird filling schedule. Embrace a safe work environment that is always striving to deliver success on a daily basis. What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Manage filling schedule for Scentbird & Own Brands 8ml, full size and gift set assemblies. - Communicate with the purchasing department to confirm inventory status. - Create work orders, filling, gift sets, retail bottles, special work orders, flash sales, etc - Follow Work Orders to make sure we have all components available to cover the monthly demands. - Manage any issues with Works Orders with the warehouse or production. - Set-up priorities for production for Scentbird and follow up all dates are met. - Make sure all BOM’s are correct previous to any run. - Communicate with production manager, warehouse supervisors, and colleagues to address negative list issues and urgencies throughout projects. Also notify me if there are some delays. - follow up with essential items as FOM, New Launches, Flash Sales, or Special Orders. - Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines. - Prepare and manage shortages list dail...
