Position Number: 22101766 County: Saline Posting End Date: March 6, 2026 The position is located at the Arkansas Health Center in Benton, AR, which is a long-term care nursing home facility for residents with behavioral issues. The duties of this position will require maintaining furniture (wheelchairs, lifts, etc.) and equipment, basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical. This position is essential because maintaining the facilities, buildings and grounds provides our residents with a safe place to live. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Preferred Skills: Experience working in one or more trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, welding, or painting, to maintain state buildings and infrastructure. Maintain and repair tools, machinery, and equipment used in trade-related tasks. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as heavy equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, or backhoes, depending on the assigned trade.
