Work in all aspects of Facility Maintenance. Pay Rate: $31.25: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: - Engaging in the preventive maintenance of all machinery ie; fluid changes, filter changes, cleaning, trouble-shooting & preventative maintenance (PM) of machinery - Identify & replace worn components before mechanical breakdown - Maintain preventative maintenance readings on all equipment - Assisting technicians or mechanics as needed. - Perform Ball bar testing on any/all CNC equipment - Maintain Tools, equipment and record keeping for performing PM's - Duties require decision making in regard to trouble shooting (problem identification) and the proper selection of solutions to problems not normally encountered; employees must determine appropriate actions to be taken to achieve required results - Experience with and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Must have mechanical ability and aptitude - Must have prior maintenance experience working on large equipment either mechanically or electronically - Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individua...
