Job description

Objective: - Be responsible for providing estimation in the demand process, definition of the business and IT level requirements in the delivery process. - Coordinate functional solution alignments between development teams. - Support all processes like Release Management Change Management, testing, and go live. Activity: Definition: - Support customers in the analysis and definition of business needs and requirements, provide specifications and keep these updated. - Ensure integrity and consistency of the end-to-end solution by detailing requirements and use cases across the different applications and services. - Design and refine the end-to-end solution across application landscape and document business and IT requirements. - Maintain an up-to-date product specification after implementation of changes. - Verify requests with Product Management to be aligned with the product evolution strategy. Project Management: - Gather IT cost estimates during project initiation. - Improve and ensure project excellence. - Manage project assignments and coordinate technical alignments across development teams.
