The Love Encore Delivery Specialist's focus on helping our guests understand and get the most out of all their car's features. As a Love Encore Delivery Specialist, you will also: Be trained on Love Encore Delivery Specialists duties, working primarily out of the Sales department. Invite guests to come back shortly after their car purchase, where you will answer any questions that have come up after having time with their car. Help other departments using all the resources available. Be the voice of our guests throughout their experience, gathering feedback and making suggestions to improve the overall experience.
