We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista to lead the coffee culture at Little Walden at Happitat Adventure Park — our brand-new café in the Gold Coast hinterland, set against the backdrop of the world’s first Cliff Park and nature adventure destination. This is your chance to do more than make coffee. At Little Walden, you’ll design, lead, and inspire a coffee program that matches the courage, joy, and transformation guests experience throughout Happitat. From perfect espresso extractions to rituals that elevate the guest journey, you’ll craft moments that are as memorable as the adventures themselves. And this is just the beginning. With WALDEN opening at 1696 Beechmont Road, you’ll play a leading role in shaping its coffee identity from inception to launch — designing systems, training teams, and setting standards across two venues.
