Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in XML, HTML, or UNIX/Linux. - Experience with technical support and troubleshooting. - Proven record of providing high touch support to enterprise customers or partners. - Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive projects to completion with guidance and attention to detail. - Excellent organizational, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
