Overview The Human Resources Intern is responsible for supporting key HR functions, assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee data, and system-related tasks. This position reports to the Manager of Talent Development and works closely with the broader HR team. The HR Intern plays a hands-on role in driving talent initiatives by helping manage job postings, coordinate interviews, troubleshoot HRIS issues, and support internal hiring processes. Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the “Cavender’s Culture” and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values. - Provide support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities in the home office. - Assist with job postings, candidate tracking, and resume reviews. - Participate in the interview scheduling process and candidate communications. - Support onboarding activities, including preparation of new hire paperwork and coordination of orientation sessions. - Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS. - Assist store teams by troubleshooting basic HRIS and internal hiring system issues. - Support internal projects related to employee engagement, training, and performance management. - Attend team meetings and gain exp...
