The role also manages website infrastructure and third-party suppliers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with contracts. Working collaboratively across the organisation, the IT Manager provides technical expertise to deliver projects, implementing and enhancing systems to meet business needs, and may lead or contribute specialist input throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
